Sponsorships and individual foursomes are on sale now for our 4th Annual Matthew Mangine Jr. Foundation Golf Outing! The event takes place on June 9 – 10, 2024 at Triple Crown Country Club in Union, Ky. This event sells out quickly, so don’t miss your shot to be part of the fun.

All proceeds from the event will support our efforts to promote awareness, education, and medical safety measures of all cardiac related episodes for competitive youth and high school sports.

The golf outing takes place on Monday, June 10. Not into golf or not able to make the outing work with your schedule? Join us for dinner, drinks, and socializing the night prior to the golf outing. Our Pre-Outing Dinner takes place Sunday, June 9, 2024 from 4-7PM in the Grand Ballroom of Triple Crown Country Club.
